Overall a good stay during my visit. Affordable hotel in an amazing area just next door to the main railway station, city centre and the Planken/center. Perfect location, around 10-15 minutes walk from a vast baroque palace. Excellent staff, varied choice for breakfast.

Electronic key problems created unnecessary frustration!!! Dark hallways made navigation difficult at times!!! Thin towels were disappointing for comfort!!! Heating system issues need prompt attention!!!

The breakfast was varied and great, had nice meals. The deluxe king room we stayed in were fantastic with coffee and tea facilities...

It was just a suitable option for a brief retreat in Mannheim with good value. The friendly bartender made my stay even better. Check the gym early to ensure it's open before your workout.

This place is good, and has excellent wi-fi, a cozy bar area, and a 24-hour reception. On my first stay, staff gave me the best local taxi tip, which I still remember. I can't wait to return next year!

I found the gym equipment powered off during an early visit, disappointing. Breakfast, with regional products, was pretty good.
